Skater Gurl

Sorry for the not posting for a couple days real life has been getting in the way. Today's outfit was actually thought off on Sunday, shot on Tuesday and *dada* it appears on your screen on Wednesday.

The outfit was actually created by pure mistake, the Keep Out Dual Shirt and Men's 3 quarter Shorts are created by myself and well like any good designer *yes my excuse and I'ma sticking with it* I was in my male shape and doing new Adverts when I started putting myself back to the normal Vicki when I just looked and thought wow this looks good on female topping it with the eliktra frost hair in red this time and a cute pair of Hello Kitty Chucks. First thought that came to my mind was Mmmmm Skater Gurl and with the help of the Lear poses the above pic was created

Rocking

I like many people I am sure go to a store or a couple stores buy something and then just complelty forget you even have it. Sometimes opening the inv looking at folders and sit there and go ohhhh whats that and you either come up with the OMG why did I buy that or the ohhh thats cute I like that. This outfit was one of those moment
Its classy, casual with that little sex appeal without out being in your face.

The boots are from  ~*~Cuppy-Cake~*~   these are still one my fav boots don't get me wrong there is plenty decent normal looking boots but hey I never claim to be normal, I like that gothy, heavy kinda look. I took a peek at the makers profile and it looks like she is no longer holding a store and in my personal opion this is a shame.

Girls Night Out

Ever have one the mornings and you think what the hell will I wear today well there a common thing with me and this morning was a classic brain block. So I did what any good woman does and I searched friends list found my sister and grabbed her advise for a them and *tada* the Girls Night Out was born.
Of course 1st thing that popped to mind was a sexy and short dress or something that hugs those glorious curves we have in SL, but on trailing thru inv I decided that sexy is so over done so today's outfit was born


I must admit the necklace is my fav part of this outfit, due to it was a gift from one my sisters in memory of my rl dad, this is from a designer named Nait Smit of NSD and was thanks to my sister that I found this store. But it had been such a long time since my visit, I was curious to go look what was happening there and ohhhhh yummy is all I can say, expect to see more from this designer is all I can say.

Another great thing I found on my exploring of the NSD mainstore is I found a lil sub branch of [LeLutka] which leaded nicely into the pants I choose, although I think [LeLutka] makes awesome clothing the lag I get at there main store puts me off (I play SL on a 10 inch netbook and AOL connection so lag is always a issue).
The pants come with prim cuffs and a a prim belt section adding the complete feel. Only let down is that if you want to wear a long shirt on a jacket layer it over laps and just looks wrong so I paired it up with the  C.Smit - Longshirt - Don't hate me... - black which came in a shirt and underpants layer to give that tucked in.

So all dressed ready to slide on down to Sixx (my 2nd home) jump on the huddles and dance the night away with the Girls *waves*

Sexy Winter

It maybe cold as anything here in the real world but thankfully in SL we have summer all year long if you want it.

This outfit to me is warm, sexy and practical all in one.

When I originally joined SL I was a Massive ETD fan, having maybe up to 30 or more hair types in my inv, sadly i had bought them all in blond and well made a change to darker hair about a year and half ago. But one the times I had hit the subscriber board and imagine my delight in hear she was coming back with some new style and textures. Hair I am wearing here is Frost is the essentials pack (personally a fav pack of mine esp if you want to try different colours out), the hat it colour changing coming in 6 different colours.

Another store I remember visiting a lot in my SL younger days was Nyte'N'Day and this is one designer I have seen move with the times, still hold original items from them from the days before sculpties *gasps*
This is one there newest release, this to me is a sexy and warm dress, the sculpts on the skirt are cool and what makes this better is the fact the skirt comes in 2 sizes smaller and larger hips size *does a happy dance I hate modding skirts*.

Tattoo are probably one the things that bug me the most in SL find a decent one that I like is so hard, many lindens have been spent on something that looks good but when I wear it well it just don't look right. The one i wearing is from a designer named Khurt Vhargon of V3 Tattoo. The joining of this tattoo on the sides is smooth and the layers and options he give you is amazing, jacket,shirt,undershirt,pants and underpants are all included and in this version he supplied 3 different colour options Dark,Light and Green Tint *personal fav is the dark*

Welcome to the 1st post in the Just Vicki Blog.

There's plenty of blogs out there on clothing on SL already that I know and being a avid fan of few, you may ask why I am starting one, basically its a bordem killer and i get a excuse to be a more a shopaholic then usual.

What will you find here?? Pretty much anything I find cute, I some the items you may see me blog will be new or may have some age to them. After 3 years I have a large inventory but will try and check what I am blogging is still available.
